At Joe's Factory Outlet, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your home goods in their original factory packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
